FALTUS Horst
Horst is a private investor with international experience. For more than 30 years he has been developing and implementing real-estate projects for private and commercial investors, mainly in Germany and Europe, as well as for the German government (Ministry of Finance). In addition, he worked as a consultant for investment companies (renowned investments banks, institutional investors, development companies, asset managers, opportunity funds as well as various private investors) in the area of commercial project development and financing.
Over the last few years Horst has become increasingly involved in climate change issues and in particular the economics of renewable energy sources. Since 2010 he joined Waterland International, a leading international agricultural group focused on Jathropha, as a shareholder and board member responsible for operations, marketing, sales.
FLAMMANG Benoit J.P.
Benoit is the founder of Beninvest and has over 20 years of strategic international business and financial development expertise. Benoit is currently a member of the Advisory Committee of a Wealth manager with more than $1.5B of assets under management. His strengths lie in taking a fresh approach in structuring deals and in using innovative marketing and business development. He links expertise to strong relations with people coming from different business cultures. Benoit published, and sold in 48 countries, the first English buyer's guide in the world of new prestigious wristwatches. He started his career at IBM Belgium, restructured a money-losing R&D/Manufacturing company and moved to New York to create several companies. He advised the Hinduja Family on investment banking, the Antwerp Diamond Bank on their private equity fund. He raised money for financial vehicles in Europe, the Middle-Eat and Japan. Benoit was a longtime advisor for Foreign Trade to the Belgian Government. Benoit received his B.A. in Applied Economics from ICHEC in Brussels.
